Meet the Quartet:

Amy DePerna (Lead): Amy comes from a musical family. Her father, paving the way in barbershop harmony singing as a member of The Chorus of the Genesee and  her mom, singing in a community choir. She recently returned back to work after being is a domestic goddess (a.k.a. stay at home mom) with her three beautiful children Noah, Elijah, Hope and a very supportive husband Don. When Amy is not singing or molding young minds she can be found camping with family and friends.


Sue Melvin (Bass):  Sue has been singing since she was a child and is a second-generation Barbershop Singer her dad and uncle are Chorus of the Genesee members.  She not only performs with FUSION, but she directs two women's choruses:  "The Rochester Chorus" of Sweet Adelines International and Rochester Rhapsody , a chapter of Harmony, Inc.  Sue also sings Baritone with Avanti! quartet from Sweet Adelines.  When she is not singing (is she ever not singing?) she enjoys spending time with her husband Greg and two kids Diana and Troy.


Charlene Sudore (Tenor): Charlene relocated to Rochester from just south of Boston, MA in 2002 when she married Steve a local full time Firefighter. After a lengthy career in Corporate Finance, she is now embarking on a new adventure as a Medical Secretary. She recently finished school to get her Medical Secretary Certification and is currently working for a local Dermatologist office. Other hobbies include: building web pages, traveling, cooking, ATV riding, camping or spending lazy days on their boat in Irondequoit Bay.


Kathy Dickson (Baritone): Kathy and her husband Bob are both retired school teachers who are probably busier now than when they were working! They have three grown children and five grandchildren. Kathy and her husband are singers and performers both involved in active choruses. Kathy is also a member of Rochester Rhapsody Chorus and Bob with the Chorus of the Genesee . When not singing, you'll find Kathy and Bob spending time with their children and grandchildren, gardening, traveling, reading or going to the gym.
